Responsibilities

  • Research & Analysis – Conduct research (secondary and primary) and analysis on macroeconomic indicators and outlook, as well as industry, sector and company specific reviews and assessments. Capture key data and insights from a wide range of internal and external sources, build financial models and utilize various strategic tools and methodologies to analyze the data in order to identify opportunities and develop creative and innovative solutions

  • Thought leadership development – Develop and deliver thought leadership pieces, including monthly newsletters, industry/ sector briefs, economic insights, expert articles and opinion articles to build the profile of the firm externally

  • Proposal development – Contribute to the proposal development process, including development of scope, approach and methodology for new business pitches

  • Project execution – Contribute as part of a project team and deliver on ad hoc strategic consulting and transaction related projects ranging in market landscape reviews, entry strategy, growth, expansion, M&A, due diligence and others across various industries

  • Practice development – Contribute to the overall vision, strategic goals and expansion of the business as a productive member of the team

Desired Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or Graduate level degree in business management, commerce, finance from a tier-1 international or local education institution (advanced degree, preferably an MBA or finance qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA)

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting or financial advisory role for a leading firm focused on investment banking, M&A or strategy development

  • Fluent in English and Farsi

  • Candidate must be based in Tehran
