Director
Responsibilities
-
Pro-actively seek new leads and ideas for business development and identify opportunities for business expansion using create methods and approaches

Develop and deliver thought leadership pieces, including monthly newsletters, industry/ sector briefs, economic insights, expert articles and opinion articles
-
Co-lead the team to drive it to high performance
-
Deliver on ad hoc strategic consulting and transaction advisory related projects
-
Contribute to the overall vision, strategic goals and expansion of the business as a senior member of the team

Represent the business in local events and PR
-
Manage local strategic decision-making, budgeting, planning, marketing, recruitment and regulatory concerns
Desired Skills
-
Minimum of 8 years consulting, investment banking, start-up or operations management experience
-
Senior level strategic or financial advisory experience
-
Data driven decision making and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking

Demonstrated experience in research, planning and analysis

Demonstrated experience in business development

Proven management skills.

Ability to analyze and interpret multiple data points to generate clear conclusions and actionable initiatives

Desired Qualifications

Degree in business management, commerce, computer science or finance from a tier-1 international education institution/ business school (preferably an MBA)

At least 5-8 years of relevant experience

Fluency in English and Farsi (verbal and written communications)

Desire to live and work in Tehran
