Manager/ Senior Manager 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing – Pro-actively seek new leads and ideas for business development and identify opportunities for business expansion using create methods and approaches

  • Thought leadership development – Develop and deliver thought leadership pieces, including monthly newsletters, industry/ sector briefs, economic insights, expert articles and opinion articles to build the profile of the firm externally

  • Proposal development – Lead the proposal development process, including development of scope, approach and methodology for new business pitches

  • Project management and execution – Lead a project team and manage and deliver on ad hoc strategic consulting and transaction related projects ranging in market landscape reviews, entry strategy, growth, expansion, M&A, due diligence and others across various industries. Capture key data and insights from a wide range of internal and external sources in order to identify opportunities and develop creative and innovative solutions

  • Team development and management – recruit, manage and mentor a team of junior consultants and analysts

  • Practice development – Contribute to the overall vision, strategic goals and expansion of the business as a senior member of the team

Qualifications

  • Degree in business management, commerce, finance from a tier-1 international education institution (advanced degree, preferably an MBA or finance qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting role for a leading firm focused on strategy development

  • Fluent in English and Farsi
